  • Jay Rogovin

    Partner / Co-Founder / Artist Manager (he / him)

    After spending the early part of his career cutting his teeth as an independent in the New York City underground, Rogovin launched C3 Management’s Manhattan branch in 2013, and has spent the better part of a decade working alongside some of the brightest minds in entertainment. A prominent voice in the electronic music space with over 15 years of experience managing creatives, developing brands, and producing live events, Rogovin now sets his sights on redefining the antiquated artist management model.

  • Blake Coppelson

    Partner / Co-Founder / Artist Manager (he / him)

    Recognized for creating one of the largest outlets for sharing EDM in the world, Blake is the Founder/CEO behind the digital platform, Proximity and Co-Founder of Digital Mirage Festival. Proximity has amassed a renowned reputation, having one of the strongest followings in the music industry with ~9M subscribers and 4 billion views on YouTube.

  • Alec Donkin

    Co-Founder / Artist Manager (he / him)

    Alec started his career as a freelance designer in NYC, working directly with artists, managers, and promoters for years. In 2018, Alec was hired at C3 Management as an in-house Brand Manager, working directly with many of the artists on C3’s roster at the time (The Strokes, Gramatik, The Revivalists, Mutemath, G Jones, Eprom, GoldFish, and many others).

    Since starting his career in management in early 2016, Alec has helped to develop, maintain, and grow the brands of over 60 international touring acts across all genres of music. With his focus on branding and graphic design, Alec is able to help musicians achieve their artistic vision at a high level. Alec is known for his extensive work in management and on release campaigns, live show visuals, artist logos, merchandise, posters, album artwork, event branding, and marketing. 

  • David Kissinger

    Artist Manager (he / him)

    David Kissinger started his career in the music industry similar to most others; finding a home within music, turning it into a passion, and later a profession. Taking his passion from patron to day-to-day management as well as joining the local promotions overseeing operations, hosting events across the southeast from Aisle 5 to the legendary House Of Blues in 2017. Later adding festivals to the resume, working such festivals as Envision, Sweetwater 420, Infrasound, with roles ranging from Artist Relations to Stage Manager. Today, he is one of the proud founders of his own promotion company in Atlanta, continues to work various roles within the global festival circuit as well as managing a multitude of electronic artists of various sizes and styles.

  • David Giovannini

    Artist Manager (he / him)

    Chicago-born, LA-based; David Giovannini has been merging his passion for music, community and activism since he was young, and he is determined to uphold those interests as pillars of his career in entertainment. Growing from a scrappy kid sneaking into death metal shows to hand out leaflets about climate change, to organizing mass donation drives and volunteer initiatives for one of EDM’s biggest acts a decade later - David has remained a believer that music is one of the best platforms to harness and implement change for the greater good. He takes pride in his roster of artists who push forward messages of self acceptance, challenging the status quo, and being un-apologetically themselves. David’s mission is to work alongside marginalized individuals to create their own platforms to spread awareness and engage in community-building efforts to help further their reach and impact on society. In his free time, he dedicates his time to LGBTQ+ activism efforts, searching for LA’s best street burrito, and devoting his existence to his hairless cat - Grim.

  • Emma Windsor

    Artist Manager (she / her / they / them)

    West-Coast based artist manager Emma Windsor knew from an early age that music, theater, and the entertainers of the world were where her deepest passions resided. Growing up in the South and noticing she was very different from her peers, it was music and the remarkable world around it that kept her going. Thanks to one kick-ass mom who spent most free hours shuttling Emma from concert to concert, it was clear fresh out of high school that music was the career path going forward. Earning a degree from Berklee College of Music, working countless hours doing an array of jobs for promotion groups and nightclubs alike, managing teams and leading operations at major music festivals and events, as well as forming and building relationships with artists and fellow industry professionals over the years is what has positioned Emma for where she is today.Emma is proud to work with those who exemplify a unique sound while embracing a purposeful and impactful outlook on music, those who stand by their craft, those who aren't afraid to push the limits, and
    those who are happy to have a team behind them supporting and amplifying their vision.

  • Mouna Dif

    Artist Manager (she / her) Cofounder & COO Quality Goods Records

    Mouna Dif is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in electronic music. From her beginnings as a singer/songwriter in Nu Disco, House, and UK Garage genres, Mouna gained recognition for her collaborations and earned support from influential figures like Diplo and Shy FX. Motivated by her own experiences as an artist and witnessing industry injustices, she transitioned to the music business to guide and support artists in fulfilling their visions. Mouna's journey took an exciting turn when she became a tour manager for trap electronic music pioneer UZ. This led her to eventually take over UZ's management and co-found Quality Goods Records, an influential record label in the bass electronic music scene. As head of operations at Quality Goods Records, Mouna played a crucial role in fostering breakout artists achieving remarkable streaming numbers and chart success. Additionally, she manages now a diverse roster of artists across various genres such as Electronic Trap, UKG/house, Nu Disco, utilizing her expertise in branding, creative direction, project management, touring, and A&R… With an international perspective and unwavering dedication, Mouna is a valuable asset in the electronic music community.

  • Isabel Shere

    Artist Manager (she / her)

    For the better part of a decade Isabel has accumulated insight and perspective by navigating many facets of the music industry. Her priorities are building a safer & healthier management system for artists to thrive in, as well as constantly searching for ways to improve the live music experience for artists, patrons, and staff alike. Having started in the artist hospitality & ambiance world at 18 years old, Isabel worked at iconic venues & festivals in the San Francisco bay area & beyond with Another Planet Entertainment. Realizing her interest lay in working directly with talent, Isabel went on to pursue a fruitful career as a booking agent, working with the likes of Madison House & Rogue Agency. The changing landscape of the mid-pandemic music industry was the catalyst for Isabel to found her own boutique agency, Sophrosyne Sound, representing unique electronic artists including tiedye ky and potions. Isabel is now pursuing her passion in artist management & career growth, shifting to a more intimate involvement in her clients’ projects. Recently having joined Kompass, she now sets her sights on expanding the careers of some of the industry’s most promising electronic artists.

  • Brett Hapoienu

    Artist Manager (he / him)

    In the early 2010's Brett lived in San Francisco where he co-founded The Center SF, a community hub dedicated to personal, spiritual, and social transformation in the heart of San Francisco. During those years he performed as a DJ/Producer himself and in 2018 Brett became co-owner of the melodic/emotive bass label and agency known as "vibe.digital". Since then he has been at the forefront of bringing the underground genre of "Wave" to the United States via label releases, live events, and touring his roster nationally and internationally. With an ear for under represented high-level talent, Brett has found a new home at Kompass to continue his work supporting artists he believes in and bring them to new heights.

  • Hasan Zaidi

    Artist Manager (he/him)

    Hasan Zaidi is an outlier in the music industry. Originally leaving school at the age of 20 to begin touring with a chart topping electronic act, he eventually started his own brand which focused on representation of underground left field artists, providing event services for organizations ranging from Burning Man to the NBA, to producing music festivals under the Envisioned Arts banner. He has brought talent from obscurity to performances at stadiums, and is well versed in what it takes to find and define yourself in a world where going against the tide often raises eyebrows. Interested in acts located both within the United States and far beyond, Hasan forged bridges internationally to bring overseas talent to the United States, expanding the talent network with a global focus. He now works with Goopsteppa, Thought Process, & Sylph, all who have been carving out their own unique lanes amidst their fanbases, communities, and cities across the world. In 2023, Hasan is excited to join Kompass Music Group, leveraging the weight of a collaborative outfit to bring his artists’ careers to even greater heights.

  • Franz Hilberath

    Communications Manager / Artist Manager (he/him)

    With over a decade of expertise in the music industry, Franz Hilberath excels in artist management, public relations, and journalism. He skillfully manages acts like Meduso and MLOTIK, employing strategic storytelling to enhance their careers. His journalistic work with renowned publications such as Creative Loafing, USA Today, and EDM.com has included coverage of international events and interviews with industry icons like ODESZA and Lee “Scratch” Perry.

    As the founder of MP3 PR, Franz has directed national PR campaigns for prominent labels including Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats, Monstercat, and Of The Trees’ Memory Palace. His strategic influence has propelled projects such as DIESEL’s (Shaquille O’Neal) GORILLA WARFARE and Mersiv’s Pretty Dark Loud. His efforts have secured high-level placements in Forbes, Billboard, and SPIN and he orchestrated the viral podcast episode featuring Shaquille O’Neal with Bobbi Althoff.

    Franz also heads MP3 MAG, providing comprehensive coverage of the North American festival scene. The magazine features international events and interviews with acts like EPROM, STS9, SOFI TUKKER, and LP Giobbi, alongside annual print editions that spotlight underground talent globally.

  • Anand Harsh

    Artist Manager (he/him)

    What do you do when you get kicked out of your band because no self-respecting traditional bluegrass act has a drummer? You become their manager. Far more comfortable behind-the-scenes than on stage (due mostly to comfortable seating, WiFi, and snack selection), Anand Harsh has been working in the music industry for nearly 15 years first as a journalist, then booking agent, before finally settling into his current role as an artist manager. He's worked in a wide variety of musical realms but makes his home in the underground and experimental electronic music scene, as evidenced by his pride and joy, California's premier underground bass music event The Untz Festival, which he has been a part of since its inception and will celebrate its ninth installment in 2025.

  • Maya Nauriyal

    Day-to-Day Manager (she / her)

    Columbus born & raised, Maya got her start in the industry at 16 years old immediately knowing this was meant for her. Starting out at Prime Social Group learning the ropes of artist relations, promotions, and eventually carving her own path to managing festival installations & activations, she fell in love with the fast-paced environment and the power music has on bringing people together. Earning a degree from Ohio University Recording Industry studies, gaining a wide range of experience with record labels and festival operations, she quickly became confident to take on new roles and expand her network. Over the last year, Maya has been working with Gravitas Recordings and Define Everything Future more closely with talent as well as operations. Recently joining Kompass, Maya is pursuing her passion in artist management in hopes to collaborate with artists on a closer level expanding their vision, strategy, and supporting industry initiatives.

  • Molly Jaben

    Day-to-Day / Executive Assistant (she / her)

    Originally from Asheville, NC and currently residing in Portland, OR Molly Jaben had anything but the conventional upbringing. Her youth spent immersing herself in diverse mediums, she quickly fostered a deep appreciation for arts and culture.
    First introduced to electronic music as a teenager in New Zealand, Molly has since become a driving force in bringing together like-minded individuals who share her same love for dance floor culture. Utilizing her expertise in event production, project management, and business development, she focuses on collaborations with independent organizations and artists, prioritizing their passion and long-term sustainability.
    Molly now offers her commitment to empowering others and cultivating community to her new home of Kompass Music Group, aiming to nurture talent and provide valuable resources to the next generation of artists. As she continues to navigate the ever-evolving music landscape, she remains driven by artistic expression to create transformative experiences for both artists and audiences alike.
